Login the site using you nickname and password. Click "My Blog" from the left navigation menu under name "User Menu". On the top of opened page you will see "Add new post" click it. In the "Title" write the name of your post and in the "Body" enter the text of your post. Press button "Save". It's done! Now the new post in your blog can be seen by any user of our site.
